I bring over two decades of experience in IT consulting, spanning software development, project management and service delivery.

I spent my first eleven years as a hands-on software developer, so I know how systems are built and where they fail. I then led projects and support teams for enterprise clients in travel, hospitality and consumer goods, delivering multi-million dollar programmes and growing client accounts through reliable delivery and new business.

That combination shapes how I work today. I look at a business process the way an operations lead does, find where time and accuracy are being lost, and then build the automation myself. I now use that experience to help small and mid-size businesses apply AI and automation where it makes a measurable difference.
